Capalaba Park & Ride Bus Facility

Lambert & Rehbein was commissioned by Translink to undertake a 4 stage program delivery of a Park & Ride/Bus facility in Capalaba, Queensland. The works involved development of a green-field site with upgrades to existing DTMR, Redland City Council and Private infrastructure/asset owner property. These 4 stages of project delivery include:
- To undertake an options analysis and preliminary design of the preferred option along with tender documentation.
- The design and construction documentation for Moreton Bay Road and Redland Bay Road (external works) with associated cost estimates
- The design and construction documentation for the Park & Ride/Bus facility
- Internal works with associated cost estimates
- Professional advice and design support during the construction phase.
