Townhouse Development - Lemke On The Park

Client: Habitare Pty Ltd

The project involved the provision of civil and structural engineering services for the design and construction of a townhouse development at 64 Lemke Road, Taigum. The development consisted of a total of 75 townhouse style residences for Habitare Pty Ltd, associated external and internal roadworks and drainage, car parking areas, a swimming pool, landscaping and stormwater management in an adjacent park area, which formed part of the total development.

Scope:

• Civil Engineering - detailed design of bulk earthworks, roadworks, stormwater drainage, sewerage and water reticulation
• Structural Engineering – detailed structural design of foundations, reinforced concrete slabs, and framing
• Building hydraulics
• Site inspections
• Liaison with Brisbane City Council
