Sydney office Awarded the Lewisham Parking Strategy 2012-13 Project

Lambert & Rehbein Sydney Office was recently awarded the Lewisham Parking Strategy 2012-13 Project by Marrickville Council. The purpose of the study is to maximise the utilisation of all parking in Lewisham to promote the economic sustainability and local amenity of Lewisham.

The study will investigate and review the public accessible parking (both on and off-street), parking restrictions, management, enforcement, supply and demand within the Lewisham neighbourhood. The tasks required will include the review of existing policies, studies and reports, preparation of a full parking inventory (on-street and off-street) and a parking survey within the Study Area, review of existing public transport infrastructure servicing Lewisham, Community and Stakeholder consultation and Workshop, development of a parking policy framework and management strategies, Public Exhibition of a Draft Lewisham Parking Study 2012-2013 and culminate in the development of the Lewisham Parking Strategy 2012 – 13 Report.
