Defence

The Defence Division provides a wide range of consultancy services to clients, ranging from technical Business Case development for new military capabilities to Prime Consultant management of complex Defence infrastructure builds. This includes holistic project management support up to Program level with the skill and flexibility to quickly and efficiently merge into client organisations and operations. Our team are highly talented professionals who draw from decades of experience across Defence, Government and Private Industry sectors.

We have a strong pedigree for successful delivery of large scale Defence projects using senior consultants who are dedicated to quality outcomes. They achieve results through interactive teamwork with all stakeholders. Recent examples of the work we have undertaken include: the $70 million C-17 Facilities Upgrades at RAAF Townsville, Edinburgh and Darwin; and the Bushmaster covered parking, workshop and battery facilities at Gallipoli Barracks, Brisbane.
